American Income Life RGA Steve Surace

Steve was born in Parma, Ohio and grew up in Brunswick, Ohio. He graduated from North Royalton High School. Steve has been around American Income Life since he was four years old, when his father, Jim Surace began working for the company. When he graduated from high school, Steve joined the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division and was stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He then moved back to work for American Income Life.Steve now has a wife of 14 years and three wonderful children—Caleb, 13; Joshua, 11; and Naomi, 9.

He is now the Training Director for the Surace-Smith Agency, offering his extensive product knowledge and sales training expertise to everyone who works for the company. American Income Life and the Surace-Smith Agency has given Steve and his family the financial ability to truly experience life, and not just pay the bills. Steve’s personal motto describes him perfectly, “We don’t stop playing because we are too old, we grow old because we stop playing!”
