MGA Zach Hart

“Our truest life quest is when we are in our dreams awake”, a quote from Henry David Thoreau, is exactly how Zach describes his opportunity at American Income Life working for the Surace-Smith Agency.

Zach was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin by his father Gary T Hart and his mother Suzette L Quevillon.  Zach and his beautiful wife Corrie Hart now reside in Westerville, Ohio with their 4 boys Sebastian, Cadyn, Colten, and Espen.

Zach came to American Income in March of 2000 where he was mentored by Gary Bleier, Mark Bleier, and his brother Mat Hart.  After achieving record after record in the state of WI Zach wanted to take what he learned and make an impact internationally which is when he decided to transfer to the Surace Agency in 2004, where his career really took off after being life mentored by Jim Surace.  In 2005 Zach accomplished something that no other individual had ever done in the history of American Income Life: he set every single production record internationally as a personal producer from daily, weekly, monthly, to yearly production.  He also was recognized as a top General Agent in that same year.  In August of 2006 he decided to transfer to Boston, MA to help his brother Mat live out his dreams as a new State Director on the east coast where, within 6 months, their brand new agency was almost 400% of there quota.  Wanting to be closer to his family, in August 2008 Zach decided to relocate as the Regional Director for AIL in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  In 2009 Zach became one of the company’s youngest Million Dollar Round Table members and managed to be recognized once again as a Top Producer internationally.  After 3 great years of guiding success in Minnesota, Zach wanted to rejoin the forces of Ohio and work once again for the Surace-Smith Agency where his heart had truly never left.  Zach’s definition of success has nothing to do with how much money one makes, but rather how successful you can make others.  Rejoining with the Surace-Smith Agency has given Zach exactly that and the ability to do his job while serving others with Honesty, Integrity, and Trust!
